Born October 16, 1949, in Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Ernest William and Geraldine Mary (Ogle) Judy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Judy.
Sheila was a member of the first graduating class of Bishop Walsh School and went on to attend Catherman's Business School. She worked in data processing at Sacred Heart Hospital. When she became a mother, she stayed home with her children.
She was an active member of Cumberland Church of Christ who was very involved in church activities. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Myrtle Beach, SC. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family – her children and then her grandchildren. She was tremendously helpful in caring for her grandchildren.
Sheila never met a stranger and treated everyone with kindness. She always had a smile on her face. She was the best wife, mother and nana.

Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Avenue, Cumberland, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Minister Steve Hershberger officiating.
