Ms. Kelly is survived by two daughters, Taylor Kelly and Cody Stephenson of McMinnville, TN and Lauren Johnson and Jeremiah Johnson of Cookville, TN, along with three grandchildren, Amelia, Elias, and Pharen.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
