Sheila Kay Galemore Mitchell was called
Home by God, swiftly and unexpectedly
on Sat Oct 8, 2022 at the young age of 55.
God needed the best. God does not make mistakes.
She passed at our home, in the yard,
doing the yardwork she has enjoyed doing for
decades. We were high school sweehearts,
knew each other for 41 years and we were
married for 39. She was my best friend
and soulmate for life.
She was the best wife, mom, and homemaker.
She was selfless, always putting others
needs before her own.
She gave me a great life and was a blessing
that words cant describe.
Sheila is survived by her loving
husband Jim, her mom Kathy,
step dad John, her brother Kevin and his
wife Laura and their kids Jackson and
Courtney, half-brother Johnny, and step-sister
Jennifer
Sheila is survived by our four children.
Our daughter Katie, her husband Mitch, and
our grandson Lincoln. Our son James Jr and
our two grandsons Lukas and Hayes. Our son
Andrew, and our son Dylan.
Sheila also is survived
by her best friend, Tina (T).
Sheila and i shared so many of the
same ideas about every aspect of lives
...how to raise kids, where to live,
and what we wanted out of life.
Our shared hobbies included the Redskins,
Muscle cars and trucks, spending time
in Ocean City Maryland, and a love of
pets...she is a dog lover mainly.
