Graveside services for Sheila Kee Pool, 83, of Gilmer, will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Rosewood Cemetery with Brother Charles Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm, Friday, March 24, 2023, at McWhorter Funeral Home.
Sheila was born October 24, 1939, to Donald and Yenta Corrine Carson Kee in Dallas, Texas, and passed from this life on March 18, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Sheila married Paul M. Pool, July, 1984. She worked as an office manager for Kilpatrick Life Insurance Company before her retirement.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Elizabeth White (David), Kenna Prior (Frank), Cache Dickerson, and Jo Gina Dickerson; sister, Mindy Pollock; grandchildren, Robyn, Josh, Amanda, Paul, Sam, Ashley, Josh, Bethany, Clynton, Justin, Alex, Anna, Marissa, Dusty, Brandi, Cait, Asia, Topher, Lacey, Josh, Lee, Lindsey, Sting Ray, Jessica, Stephen, and Michael; great-grandchildren, Devin, Jake, Abby, Ana, Robert, Autumn, Jasee, Kyleigh, Buddy, John Wayne, Landyn, Gabe, Jax, Lilly, Davey, Blaze, William, Ruby, Elizabeth, Stella, Brahm, Palmer, Maddie, Anson, Connor, Kendra, Everleigh, Victor, Audrey, Lane, Nora, Killian, Vanessa, Sawyer, Daxson, Arabella, Aurora, Ezekiel, Quinn Ivy, Jace, Elias, Abel, Lucas, Azalea, Jonah, Paxton, Theodore, Luke, Paisley, and Beau; and great-great-grandchildren; Audrey Rose, and Hudson.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul M. Pool in 2015; and her son, Paul Scott Pool in 2005.
Pallbearers are grandchildren, Clynton, Justin, Jesse Lee, Josh, Topher, Michael, Stephen, Dustin, and Sting Ray; and great-grandchildren: Jake, Autumn, and William
