I'm so sorry to just now see of Shelba's passing. I would have loved to gone to her memorial. I met her at Rock Steady and she was such a neat lady. So fun and energetic and determined. Me and my late husband Jack Cook were blessed to know her.

Shelba always made people around her feel relaxed, she was the life of the party, and the sunshine in the room. She had a beautiful smile from ear to ear, no matter what she made you feel loved in her presence. She was someone that every-time you look at her she had some kind of sweet treat or asking for a Kleenex to wipe her hands and face left behind from the sweet treat. She most definitely a precious soul. She was so proud of her family, you could see the warmth come to her cheeks when family was in the room. I will forever cherish the precious moments I had with her.
