Shelba J. Shultz, age 85, of Middlebourne, West Virginia passed away August 8, 2025 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Shelba was born May 7, 1940 in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Arthur E. Shreves and Z.Maxine Hissam. She was a homemaker, a Baptist by faith, and enjoyed gardening and squirrel watching. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 60 years, Stanley N. Shultz Sr.; a son, Stanley Shultz Jr.; and a brother, James Arthur Shreves. She is survived by two sons, Michael Shultz of Middlebourne, and Steven Scott Shultz of Ravenswood, WV; three daughters, Teresa (Jay) Westbrook, Debra (Alan) Hill, and Suzanne Beth Shultz all of Middlebourne; three sisters, Janice Butcher of Johnstown, Ohio, Shirley Wilson of Sistersville, WV, and Betty Linda Mylar of Thornville, OH; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
