Shelby Hall Obituary
Benson, NC: Mrs. Shelby Lee Hall, age 86, of E. Church Street passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be 3:00PM- Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Benson. Officiating will be Rev. Randy Beasley. Burial will follow in Banner Chapel Advent Christian Church Cemetery, Benson.
Mrs. Hall was born on December 13, 1936 in Johnston County to the late Bassie and Pearl Lee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherrill Hall, a son, Gary Hall, and a sister, Doris Adams. Mrs. Hall was a retired sales clerk from Pope’s and Billy Byrd’s Western Store. She managed the Meadow Grill and Restaurant for over 15 years.
Surviving include her sister, Janice Stancil and husband, Waylon of Benson; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 2:45PM on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Rose & Graham Funeral Home prior to the service and other times at the home.
