Shelly Walters Obituary
Shelly Marie Walters, 58 of Bellaire passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born June 21, 1965, in Martins Ferry the daughter of Carroll E. and Sylvia (Stargen) Walters, Sr.
Shelly was Pentecostal by faith and a homemaker. She attended John Marshall High School and was a proud Monarch.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Carroll E. Walters, Jr.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Carroll and Sylvia (Stargen) Walters, Sr., son, Dasani Vingino (Tori Snyder) of Bellaire, granddaughter, Amrai Rose Marie Vingino, brothers, Billy Scales, LaMont Waters, sisters, Melissa Pugh, Mesa Flowers, nieces and nephews, Shylea Walters, Aunesty Matthews, Isreal Pugh and Page August, Dareion Williams, Taylor August and Cassey Plants, and a special cousin Edward Stargen.
Family and friends will be received Saturday, April 6, 2024, from 2-4 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, Ohio 43912. Funeral services will begin at 4pm, with the Rev. James Agnew officiating.
In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, OH 43912 to help with funeral expenses.
