It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Husband and Father, Doug Frazier, who unexpectedly left us on March 9, 2025 at the age of 73. He is now reunited with his family in heaven.
He leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Sharon Frazier, with whom they had 2 stepdaughters; Nicole Short, and Melissa Frazier. Doug was a proud grandfather to 6 grandchildren; Ashley, JD, Danny, Caleb, Landen, and Braden. He was also blessed with 2 great grandchildren; Enoch and Sophia, who brought him such joy and his sister, Georgie Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lola (Burdine) Frazier and six brothers.
Doug worked as a groundskeeper at Foxcliff Golf Course for about 30 years, from where he retired. He really enjoyed spending time outdoors. Doug loved to fish, hunt, and golf. He really enjoyed spending time with family and was quite the comedian. He was a very loving and caring husband.
Doug's legacy of love and care will continue to live on in the hearts of his wife and family and all who were blessed to know him.
All family and friends of Doug will be invited to a celebration of life at a later date.
