Sherry Ann Collins Amundsen of Central City, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024, in Branson, Missouri. She was born in Paris, Arkansas, to the late Earl Dee Rackley and Vandy Ruth (Brewer) Rackley. She was 59 years old. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, John Paul Rackley; two grandmothers, Mattie Mae (Carroll) Brewer and Golda Parsons; and her late husband, Herbert Baker.
Sherry had a love for cooking and loved to watch cooking shows. Most of all, she loved to put a smile on your face. Her favorite saying when she was ready to leave was Merry Christmas.
She is survived by three sisters, Shelly Angel of Dardanelle, Karen Sue Horsman of Central City and Dianna Kay and wife Lindsey Cauthen of New Jersey; two brothers, Richard Rackley and wife Debra of Dardanelle and David Wayne Offutt of Missouri; Herbert (Charlie) Baker and wife Amanda of Montana; Jennifer Scott and husband Franklin of Booneville, Arkansas; six grandchildren; six nieces; two great-nieces; four nephews; and lots of cousins and friends.
Arrangements are made under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston.
