Sherry Crank Gwin, 73, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2025 at Regional Medical Center.
She is preceded in death by parents, Linton and Geraldine Crank.
Mrs. Gwin grew up in Hope, Arkansas and spent her life as a teacher. She taught at different grade levels throughout the southeast. She loved to sew and was very accomplished in knitting. Mrs. Gwin was a faithful member of First United Methodist church of Anniston. She a was loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her husband, Martin Gwin; sons, John Gwin, Sam Gwin (Kate); grandchildren, Lily Gwin, Lucy Gwin, and Alice Gwin; sister, Debbe Harris (Wade); one niece and one nephew. A graveside service was held at Elmwood Cemetery in Morrilton, Arkansas on February 4, 2025 at 1:00 pm

My sympathies for the family. I knew Sherry from Hope as she was part of my extended family via marriage, her Aunt Linda was my Mother's BFF, and we all attended the same church.
