Sherry Lyn Shull (Werry) passed away peacefully on July 4, 2023, in Arco, Idaho, at the age of 71. Born on July 8,1951, in Pocatello, Idaho, Sherry was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Sherry was known for her vibrant smile and warm nature. She possessed a great sense of humor and had an optimistic outlook on life. Her kindness and softheartedness touched the lives of those around her. Sherry was a classy lady, intelligent and hardworking individual who always kept herself busy with various projects in her home and yard. She was a State Debate Champion and was sent to Nationals in Chicago, Illinois in 1968.

In her career, Sherry served as an office manager for Idaho Linen in Boise, Idaho, and as a bookkeeper for Shull's Flying Service in Howe, Idaho. She also worked as an office manager for Arco Feed & Fertilizer in Arco, Idaho.

Sherry's dedication to her family was unparalleled. Her 3 Children meant the world to Sherry. Her most treasured memories were spent watching them in their various sporting, cheer & dance activities. Watching them grow into adults & parents. Then, she did it all over again with her Grandchildren. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, Christmas, wedding, baby shower, or bridal shower. She had her signature way of making you feel special and loved. Sherry is survived by her loving children, Chris and Cameron Stamos of Arco, Tim Shull of Mackay, and her daughter, Nicki Shull of Arco, Idaho. She was a proud grandmother to Tanner, Cordell, Ruger, Mike, Hootie, and Makayla. Sherry was also cherished by her sister, Judy (Jim) Wolfe of Glendale, Arizona, and her brother, Robert and Anna Werry of Elsinore, Utah. She will be deeply missed by her nephews, Justin, Matt, and Rick, and her nieces, Debbie, Becky, and Jennifer. Sherry shared a special bond with her great-cousin, Ellwood Werry of Sandpoint, Idaho.

Sherry received her education at Pocatello and Howe Elementary Schools, Butte County High School in Arco, Idaho, and Wasatch Academy in Wasatch, Utah.

Sherry's first love was reading. She loved books, newspapers & magazines. Always checking the weekly Farm Report & clipping the important school/sporting articles of her children, adopted kids & Grandkids. She always had a project she was working on. Her motto was "Go, Go, Go!" Her greatest pride & joy was her yard. Fixing up, staining & painting furniture. Planting flowers in her various antique crocks, Whiskey barrels & wagons. She also had a passion for decorating her home, usually handmade all of her curtains & decorative pillows. She enjoyed cooking & baking & made the best banana bread, loved by so many. Since 1995, Sherry dedicated her sewing skills to creating beautiful baby blankets. She was an avid supporter of Boise State Football and the Dallas Cowboys. Her favorite Quarterback was Kellen Moore. She grew up playing & loving the game of baseball & was a fan of the New York Yankees.

Cremation services are under the care of Anderson's Funeral Home in Arco, Idaho. A Celebration of Life will be announced by the family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made to the Butte County High School Scholarship & Guidance Committee or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Sherry will forever be remembered for her intelligence, warmth, and love. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
