Sheryll Lynn Parker, born November 8, 1957, passed away on May 4, 2025. She was 67 years old. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 17 at Mcdonald and Son Family Funeral home, 150 Sawnee Drive, Cumming,GA, 30040. The family will greet friends and family starting at 11 am with the service following at 12 pm. Sheryll didn't want anyone to be sad at her passing but wanted to make sure that we have a party, so that is what we are going to do! Meet us at The Well in Cumming,GA at 420 Vision Drive directly following the service.
Sheryll was born in Corydon, IN to Doris and Allen Parker. She was one of four children. She married Mike Deen on December 17, 1977. They had 2 children, Christopher Micheal Deen and Scott Parker Deen.
She is survived by Richard (brother) and Mary Ann Parker of Portland,OR. Kevin (brother) and Dana Parker of Sugar Hill,GA. Christopher (son) and Amanda Deen and their 2 children, Ashley and Logan Deen. Scott (son) Parker Deen. She was also blessed with her cherished nieces and nephews, Joel Parker and his 4 children, Rachel Parker and her 1 child, Aaron Parker and his 3 children, Carrie and husband Chris Patterson and their daughter Jazzmine, Sean Patterson and wife Allison and their daughter Kylie, Carrie Parker and her 2 children Peyton and Cooper, Mathew Parker wife Morgan and their daughter Isabel.
She is preceded in her death by her parents Doris and Allen Parker, sister Kathy Louise Parker, and nephew Nicholas Alexander Parker.
Sheryll was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. She was always ready for a road trip to anywhere or a weekend at home playing cards with her grandchildren. She was a fierce mother and friend. She has passed her courage and strength on to her children and grandchildren. She was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be at McDonald and Son Funeral Home on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 from 11am-12pm. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home at 12pm.
