She retired as a teacher's aid and caregiver in 2004 from Starlight Enterprises in New Philadelphia after 10 years and was a member of Lifeway Church Assembly of God in New Philadelphia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Goodwin on August 6, 2016. Shirley is survived by 4 children Russ (Companion Linda) Billiter of New Philadelphia, Tim (Shannon) Billiter of New Philadelphia, Dan (Hiedi) Billiter of Dover and Lisa (Jim) Garabrandt of Uhrichsville; 3 grandchildren Tony Watkins, Jacob and Emily Billiter and 3 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at Lifeway Church Assembly of God in New Philadelphia. Rev. Larry Fletcher and Pastors Travis and Leslie Wright will officiate and burial will follow in East Ave. Cemetery in New Philadelphia. Friends may call 1 hour prior to services at the church. The Lebold-Smith Funeral Home in Bolivar is handling the arrangements. To share a memory, please visit the funeral home's web site.
