Shirley Lee Ann Graham of Hurst, Tx, formerly of Galt, CA, 75, passed away peacefully on Monday October 27, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Shirley was born September 12, 1950 in Oregon, where she was then adopted by Howard and Velma (Love) Decious. She attended Beaverton High School, and graduated from Lodi High School after moving to Northern California. Here, she raised her family, developed friendships and created memories that she treasured throughout her life. With over 25 years of experience, Shirley worked as a grocery store department manager at Lucky’s and Ralph’s, where her friendly nature and warm smile made her a beloved figure among customers and staff. Shirley also formed strong bonds with her friends. She was a devout and active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Shirley was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her kindness and spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Velma Decious; and her brother Carl Decious.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Shannon Mosher, Angela Longstreth, and Nancy Brinton; her son, Levi Graham; grandchildren, Alyssandra Canaday, Kayla Mosher, Cheyenne Brinton, Cassandra Garvey, Siera Bauer, Abbigail Brinton, Tyson Graham, Dillon Brinton, Blake Brinton, Lincoln Graham, Paisley Longstreth, Levi Graham and Landon Graham; her great-grandchildren, Eleanor Canaday, Benny Moreno, Paxton Bauer, Jaxon Divine, Jayce Divine, Lucas Garvey, Charlotte Canaday and Willow Bauer; brother Ted Decious and other relatives and a host of friends.
