Shirley M. Jeffries, 44, passed away unexpectedly on July 31, 2025. She was born on August 4, 1980 in Oregon, Ohio. She was a loving mother to two wonderful sons, Tytus and Bryce.
Shirley is survived by her children, Tytus and Bryce; mother, Barbara Rios; brother, Brian Smith; and sister, Amber. She was preceded in death by her father in Heaven, together now, Parnell Wagner.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, August 7th, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. A memorial service will be held beginning at 3 p.m. Contributions in Shirley’s memory can be made to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans.
