Shirley Mae Miller, 84, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born on May 12, 1939 to Raymond and Lula Reid Holcomb. Mrs. Miller loved dancing, shopping, and spending time with her family. Shirley was survived by two sons James Randy Miller, Stacy Miller; grandsons Chase (Ashlyn) Miller, Andrew (Misty) Miller, Brandon Brooks, Devan Miller; granddaughter Brittney (Matt) King; daughter in law Sherry Miller; great grandsons Aiden Miller, Waylon King, Grayson King, Maxton Miller; great granddaughters Autumn Miller, Olivia Miller, Maddie Paige, Karter Burchette; brothers Graham Holcomb, R D Holcomb, Phillip Holcomb; sisters Patricia Holcomb, Goldie Holcomb; lots of nieces, nephews, and special friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband James (Bud) Anderson Miller; son Kevin Miller; daughter Sharon (Tommy) Miller, granddaughter Sasha Miller, Kayla Reavis; sister Lois Holcomb. The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM Friday, May 10, 2024 at Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 May 10, 2024 at Turners Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Stephen Evans. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Miller family.
