I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE PASSING OF SHIRLEY UNTIL WEDNESDAY AFTER HER BURIAL. I HAVE KNOWN HER FOR QUITE SOME TIME, AND THE LAST TIME I WAS IN HER COMPANY, I HAD THE MOST HAPPY AND GOOD TIME WITH HER. BUT TO THE FAMILY, I DO SEND YOU ALL MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BE WITH YOU ALWAYS
