Shirley is survived by his grandchildren Samantha Sharon, Amanda Warner and Michael Warner; caregiver Brenda Brumley and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife Dorcas Faye Ecklar Warner; son Gary Warner and daughter Janice Brumley.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home located at 320 W. Main St., Georgetown, Kentucky. A funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:45 AM. Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren Amanda Warner, Samantha Sharon, and Michael Warner.
