Shirley A. Wendler, 90, of Lancaster, PA, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, Quarryville, PA. She was the daughter of the late Grover Duvall and Bessie Mae (Clements) Pelanis. She was the wife of the late Kenneth R. Wendler. She was predeceased by all of her siblings.
Surviving is son, Scott Wendler, husband of Donna (Boyce) Wendler, of Willow Street. She will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren: Tony Holloway, husband of Lisa Holloway, Janet Miller, Ashley Jenks, wife of Mike Jenks, Cory Holloway, husband of Melanie (Brown) Holloway, Brittany Staab, wife of Thomas Staab and Bryce Wendler, husband of Julie Wendler; and great-grandchildren: Steven Holloway, fiancé of Macee Fryberger, Charlotte Holloway, Olivia Jenks and Nora Staab. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen Holloway and her daughter, Maryann Reisinger. Shirley was deeply devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Shirley was employed by NTN BCA, Inc., formerly Federal Mogul, of Lancaster/ Lititz, for forty-three years before retiring in 2001.
