Soledad nació el 13 de febrero de 1927 en San Francisco de Borja, Chihuahua, México, hija de Erasmo Campos y Teresa Martínez. Se casó con Juan Loya el 14 de diciembre de 1944 en San Francisco de Borja, Chihuahua, México. Durante muchos años, Soledad trabajó como jornalera agrícola y trabajó para la fábrica de chile y nueces. Soledad también dedicó muchos años a ayudar a cuidar y criar a sus nietos. Ella era una católica devota y feligresa en la Catedral del Inmaculado Corazón de María.
Soledad es precedida en la muerte por su esposo Juan Loya, sus hermanos Olegario Campos y Tirso Campos, su hermana Baudelia Campos, sus hijos Roberto Loya, Leopoldo Loya, Gabriel Loya y Sergio Loya y sus hijas Ignacia Loya Domínguez y Josie Loya Gonzáles.
A Soledad le sobreviven sus hermanos Enrique Campos y Juan Campos, su hermana Rafaela Campos Loya, sus hijos Ramón Loya (Martha Loya), Javier Loya (Susana Loya), y Baldemar Parra Loya (Lily Parra), sus hijas María Loya Enríquez, Teresa Loya Alvídrez (Armando Alvídrez) y Elvira Loya (Héctor Paque), 24 nietos, 46 bisnietos y numerosos tataranietos.
Los portadores del féretro serán Elías Brito, Leopoldo Loya Jr., Nacho Meléndez Jr., Estevan Gonzáles Jr., César Domínguez y Bobby Loya.
El funeral está programado para el miércoles 12 de julio de 2023 a las 10:00 AM en la Catedral del Inmaculado Corazón de María con un entierro en Hillcrest Memorial Garden. El padre Alejandro Reyes Cárdenas oficiará los servicios.
