Bryan Alberto Hemrick, 33, of Charleston, SC, passed away on May 31, 2025.
Born on May 16, 1992, in Choluteca, Honduras, Bryan's life was a tapestry of compassion, strength, and dedication to service. He lived with an open heart, always willing to lend a helping hand and share his warmth with others, earning him the admiration and love of everyone he encountered.
From a young age, Bryan demonstrated an intrinsic desire to support and uplift those around him. This defining trait continued throughout his life, as he consistently sought ways to help those in need, offering warmth and support whenever possible.
Bryan devoted his career proudly serving his country in the U.S. Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. His consistent dedication and commendable service earned him numerous awards and recognitions. Known among his peers for unwavering dependability and exceptional kindness, Bryan consistently went out of his way to support his fellow servicemen and women.
Outside of military service, Bryan was passionate about fitness and an advocate for health, regularly spending time in the gym keeping active and encouraging friends along the way. He loved outdoor activities and also enjoyed unwinding with friends playing games, especially Call of Duty.
Bryan's profound love for animals was evident through his dedication to not only his own four-legged companions but also his eagerness to help other dogs in need. Volunteering was second nature to him, and he regularly reached out to those less fortunate, embodying an ethos of generosity and compassion that touched the hearts of countless people.
Bryan is deeply missed by his loving parents, Alma and Erik Hemrick; his sister, Marcella Hemrick; and his beloved daughter, Hayven. Bryan's family, friends, and loved ones will forever remember his kind spirit and indomitable will to make the world a better place. As we remember Bryan, we take solace in the words of Psalm 23:4, "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me."
Bryan's family kindly encourages ways to honor his memory through acts of kindness and generosity to those in need, much like he devoted his life to.

Nacido el 16 de mayo de 1992 en Choluteca, Honduras, la vida de Bryan fue un mosaico de compasión, fortaleza y dedicación al servicio. Vivió con un corazón abierto, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y compartir su calidez con los demás, lo que le valió la admiración y el cariño de todos los que lo conocieron.
