Staci R. Pratt

Staci R. (Schwering) Pratt, 46, of Westport, passed away at 9:22 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at her residence. She was born on May 6, 1977, in Columbus, the daughter of Louis C. & Judith Kay (Wilson) Schwering. She was a lifelong resident of Westport and a member of the Mt. Aerie Baptist Church. She enjoyed coloring, Facebook, social media, going for drives and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughters, Nikia (Sai) Parimi of Columbus, Brenna Giddings and Madalyn Johnson both of Westport; her sisters, Lisa L. Oliver of Westport and Tammy (Brian) Shaw of Hope; her brother, Edward Schwering of Hope; her grandson, Arjun Mallanna Parimi; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ethan Levi Giddings and her sister, Nicole L. Schwering. The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Pastor Malvin McCullough officiating. A burial will follow at the Mt. Aerie Cemetery. The visitation will be held on Thursday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
