Stan Mickiewicz

Stanley "Stan" Edward Mickiewicz, 82, of Duenweg, MO, passed away April 16, 2024. He was born February 10, 1942, in Waterbury, CT. After high school, Stan proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. He went on to become an over the road truck driver and team drove with his wife, Nettie. He enjoyed sailing, riding motorcycles, playing Xbox, and dancing with Nettie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Helen Weiss; and brother, Thomas Weiss.
Stan is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nettie Mickiewicz; children, James Mickiewicz and wife Candy, Edward Mickiewicz, Tammy Coday, and Carrie Chatfield and husband John; grandchildren, Stephen, Christina, Katrina, Jessica, Alecia, Ashley, Mary Katelyn, and James Austin; great-grandchildren, Josiah, Nevaeh, Hope, Kota, Laken, Macey, Braden James, Amber, Angel, Everlynn, Mackenzie, Madison, and Macie; great-greatgrandson, Oliver; step-brother, Ernie, Weiss; many nieces and nephews; cousin, Nancy Grenier; sisters and brothters-in-law, Annie and Dennis Capshaw, Joan and Robert Hutchinson, and John Mauro.
Graveside services will be held in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery with full Military Honors. Date and Time Pending.
