I will always Treasure the memories we had. The places we went to will always hold a special place in my heart. Things we did together. I will miss your smile and laughter. R.I.P. Stanley.

My dear brother, how sad I am that you have gone. How I loved you, Stanley. Our walks together, concerts, classic movies, Gershwin, Rogers and Hammerstein, the Rolling Stones, drives in the country with the top down on the old Corvette, thoughts about love found, love lost and tomorrow. What you mean to the musicians of the world will live forever, Stanley. I have "Rhythm Oil" on my lap and the last grocery list you gave to me to fill; oatmeal, granola, blueberries, hot okra pickles (which we laughed at because it sounded like a title for a song), tomatoes, bananas, bread and butter. Stanley, I know in my heart that I will live every day of my life with the blessed memory of you and I know that we will see each other again. O Lord, please hear me. This world was a better world because of our brother. Your choirmaster, Stanley Booth, has arrived, and the angels will sing and rejoice as the gates of Heaven are opened for him. I can hear them.
