Stanley Robinson Obituary
Stanley Dave Robinson, age 77, went to be with the Lord on Saturday December 27, 2025. Born March 16, 1948, he was the son of the late Stanley and Betty Elizabeth Silva Robinson. Stanley was retired from Pittson Coal Company, he trained and showed Tennessee Walking horses he loved to attended horse shows especially the walking horse celebration, he loved being outdoors and working on his farm.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Barbara “Pewee” Leonard and Jean Jordan.
Stanley is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Robinson; sisters, Geraldine “Honey Girl” Phelps and husband Jim; brother’ Bob Robinson and wife Cathy; Special friends: Conner Shortridge and Linda Roberts; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00pm on Friday January 2, 2026, in Ketron Memorial Gardens with Pastor Larry Robinson officiating and honors by the U.M.W.A. Chaplin Corp. Those wishing to attend are requested to meet at the cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service in the mausoleum.
