Stanley Yeast, Jr., 61, passed away peacefully after an extended illness on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born on August 6, 1964 in Erie, a son of the late Stanley and Pauline (Fox) Yeast.

Following high school, Stanley honorably served his country in the Army National Guard. He was a man who cherished life's simple pleasures. Stanley found peace in fishing, joy in barbecuing, and delight in watching sports. He was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and took great pleasure in following NASCAR races.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Tina Thomas and Brenda Horne; and his brother, Casmir Yeast.

Stanley is survived by the light of his life for the last 17 years, Corey Henry; his children, Summer June Yeast, Damian Blaker (Hannah), and Kevin Spadacene; his sisters, Paula Jean Yeast (Larry), Pauline Boyd (Mark), Barbara Double (Wes); his brother, Mark Yeast; his sister-in-law, Chris Yeast; and brother-in-law, Gene Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Stanley's family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to the Saint Vincent Hospital, 2nd floor, short stay nurses for their exceptional care and compassion, and to his friend, Jerry Gradler, for standing by his side through it all.

According to his wishes, all funeral arrangements are private and in the care of the John R. Orlando Funeral Home, 2122 Raspberry Street, Erie, PA 16502. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses.
