Mrs. Stella Louise Draper, age 83, of Hendersonville, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
Louise was born on August 5, 1942 to the late Elmer Lee Bailey and Georgie D. McCue Bailey in Jackson County, Tennessee. Louise was a talented monogrammer and business owner. She enjoyed sewing, traveling and camping. Most of all, Louise loved spending time with her family, friends and grandkids.
In addition to her parents, Louise is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Billy Joe Draper, Sr.; and her grandson, Isaac Hixson.
Louise is survived by her children, Billy “Joey” Draper, Jr. (Kim) and Randy Draper; her sister, Catherine Morgan; her grandsons, Chris Newman (Aubrey) and Dillon Draper; her great grandson, Carter Newman; along with other nieces, nephews, and family members who loved her dearly.
A graveside service for Louise will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 1 pm at Draper Cemetery (1746 Wartrace Highway, Whitleyville, Tennessee 38588).
Pallbearers will be Jim Morgan, Kevin Covington, Dillon Draper, Eric Neumair, Hunter Neumair, and Thomas Patt. Honorary pallbearer will be Tommy Belcher.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Draper Cemetery in Louise’s honor. Donations can be mailed to: Draper Cemetery, 1746 Wartrace Highway, Whitleyville, Tennessee 38588
