Stella Williams

Stella Morrow Williams, 88, of Stanford, KY passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 27, 2025. Born on January 21, 1937 in Stanford to the late Benjamin Thomas and Sarah Ann Morrow. She is the widow to the late Arlis Dee Williams.
Stella was a dedicated secretary in the healthcare industry, where she served at Ft. Logan Hospital for 16 years before her retirement. She relished the simple joys of life – gardening, quilting, crocheting – her hands always busy creating something beautiful. She cherished the outdoors, tending to her flower garden and going camping with her late husband, Dee Williams. Her faith was an integral part of her life, and she was a member of the Stanford Nazarene Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Jenkins (Larry) of Kings Mountain, KY and Barbara "Bobbie" Stathers (Randy) of Lancaster, KY; two grandchildren, Misty McAninch and Jeremy Jenkins (Stacey); one step-grandson, Randle Stathers; four great-grandchildren, Hannah McAninch, Kaylee McAninch, Addyson Jenkins and Alyssa Wade; one step-great-grandchild, Aiden Stathers; and one great-great-grandchild, Roselynn Pendleton; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Dee Williams; parents, Ben and Sarah Morrow; and six siblings, Earl Morrow, Ed Morrow, Frank Tucker, Crit Tucker, Lloyd Tucker and Myrtle Tucker.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at K.P. Hall Cemetery in Kings Mountain, KY.
