Stephan M. Ticich

Dr. Stephan M. Ticich, 92, of Marblehead, OH and formerly of Lorain, OH passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky, OH. He was born January 28, 1932 in Columbus, OH the son of Samuel and Pearl (Cepulo) Ticich. He married Lorellen "Lori" Miller on May 21, 1966 and she survives. He graduated from The Ohio State University Medical School and was a radiologist with Dr. Russell, Berkebile & Associates. He was previously the Chief of Staff at Lorain Community Hospital and the past president of the Cleveland Radiological Association. He loved watching his grandsons play sporting events and was an avid Tribe, Browns and Buckeyes fan. He was a member or St. Joseph Catholic Church, Marblehead, OH.
Surviving are his wife: Lori; daughters: Stephanie (Matthew) St. Marie of Elyria, OH, Karen Serrano of Lorain, OH, Heather (Brian) Sherman of Raleigh, NC, Kathryn Ticich of Marblehead, OH; grandchildren: Devon Serrano, Alexzander Sherman, Zachary Sherman, Jon Buss, Jennifer Gammiere, Ryne St. Marie, Riley St. Marie; and many great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother John Ticich.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Neidecker, Crosser & Preisman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH. Additional visitation will be held Friday, May 17, 2024 from 9:30 am – 10:30 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 822 Barclay St. Marblehead, OH where a funeral mass will be celebrated by Father Joseph Szybka at 10:30 am Friday. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Marblehead, OH.
