Stephanie M. Blazejewski, 90, of West Amwell passed away Friday, January 6, at Capital Health Medical Center ? Hopewell, surrounded by her family.Born in Trenton, she was a longtime resident of West Amwell and retired after many years as a bookkeeper at Hunterdon Central High School. A devoted Roman Catholic, she was a parishioner of the Church of St. Ann in Lawrenceville.Stephanie enjoyed dancing, gardening, reading, visiting with friends, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.Daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Warchol) Maziarz, wife of the late John Blazejewski, and sister of the late Stanley and Walter Maziarz, Sophie Stanik, and Eugenia Silvers, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Elizabeth Blazejewski; three grandsons, Daniel, Matthew, and Stephen Blazejewski; her sister, Dorothy Sowchuk; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Arthur Blazejewski, Pearl and Joseph Capes, and Lee and Gilbert Lugossy; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and dear friends.The family will receive friends on Friday from 7 ? 9PM and Saturday from 8:30 ? 9:15AM at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave., Ewing. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM at the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. Burial will follow in St. Hedwig's Cemetery, Ewing. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made in her honor to the Children's Educational Lifeline at St. Ann Elementary School (34 Rossa Avenue, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 http://st-ann-school.org/cel-program) or Animal Alliance of Lambertville (PO Box 1285, Belle Mead, NJ 08502 http://animalalliancenj.org)
