Stephanie Anne Kirgan, 43, of Elgin and Effingham after a valiant battle passed July 28, 2024. Beloved daughter of James (the late Cindy) Kirgan of Sandoval, Il and Angela (Dan) Nance of Girard, Il. Loving sister of TJ (Laura) McDonald of Centralia and Jimmy (Macie) Kirgan of Effingham. Cherished aunt, niece and friend to many. Proceeded in death by her grandparents Gene and Shirley Harvey, and Cecil and Patricia Kirgan.
