Stephanie L. O'Connor, 47 of Groveland passed away April 23,2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Linda (Pollard) Mahoney. She was the beloved wife of Patrick S. O'Connor.
Stephanie was a graduate of Medford High School as well as UMASS/Boston. Stephanie was a Registered Nurse at Mass General Hospital for over 20 years as well as serving as the school nurse for Bagnall Elementary School in Groveland, MA. It would be impossible to encapsulate what Stephanie has meant to her family as well as her community. Stephanie's caring nature is what made her the most incredible person. She was happiest when she was helping and supporting others. She was the rock that everyone could lean and depend on. Though Stephanie's time with us was far too short, her love leaves an imprint on our hearts that will never fade. We will carry her spirit with us always.
In addition to her husband, Stephanie is survived by her children, Brendan, Makenna and Delanie O'Connor. Also, her sisters Valerie Valiant and Billie Mahoney as well as her in-laws Patrick and Cynthia O'Connor and brother-in-law Scott Hayward. Stephanie is also survived by her nieces and nephew, Jake Valiant, Sarah Valiant, Ella Hayward and Maddy Hayward. As well as her two dogs Maggie and Rosie.
Her visiting hours will be at Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot St Beverly, Thursday May 1st from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Go fund Me page was established for Stephanie's children at https://gofund.me/47897533. Information, directions, condolences at www.campbellfuneral.com
