He is survived by his brother Doug and his two daughters and a son and his aunts; Susan Guy of Rose Hill , Melba Normington of Cape Carteret and Debbie Sumblin of Hubert and his uncle, Glenwood Sumblin Jr. and numerous cousins.
A funeral service will be held Sunday August 3, 2025 at 3 PM in the chapel of the Sayland Funeral Home in Maysville with the Rev, Harry Carroway officiating. Burial will be private in the Dogwood Memorial Cemetery in Maysville.
