SALEM – Stephen Earl Flannigan, 74, was reunited with his family Friday, May 23, 2025, at Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born October 31, 1950, in East Liverpool, son of the late William and Edith (Virden) Flannigan.
Stephen was a proud U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War.
He was a hard-working man. He worked at Ventra Plastics for over 30 years. Stephen was a loving husband and enjoyed providing for his family.
He leaves behind his wife Patty (Evans) Flannigan, whom he married July 7, 2007; two sons, Wade Flannigan and B.J. Flannigan; daughter Krista Flannigan; sisters, Cindy Six and Sandra Gaetano; three grandchildren.
Besides his parents, Stephen was also preceded in death by a sister, Sherry.
Friends and family will be received from 10:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Stark Memorial with military honors to follow. He will be laid to rest at Grandview Cemetery.
