Stephen Foreman

Stephen Foreman, 83, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at his home. He was born March 8, 1942 in Evansville to the late Esther (Martin) and William Preston Foreman.
Steve attended Bosse High School from 1958-1960 and graduated from Western Military School in 1961. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Evansville (Evansville College) in 1968. Steve worked in sales for George Koch Sons for 35 years before retiring. He attended The Hills Church and was a member of the Old Thyme Auto Club. Steve enjoyed fishing and boating at Lake Barkley and all of his time spent devoted to operating Palisades Resort. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved watching his granddaughter play volleyball and basketball.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Tammy Foreman; son, Scott (Sarah) Foreman; granddaughter, Allie Foreman who lovingly referred to him as "Poppie"; sister, Janice (David) Banks; nephew, Doug Banks; niece, Chris Banks; close friends and family, Brenda Strong and Burke (Evie) Strong; and furry friend, Abbie.
Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2025 at Ziemer Funeral Home East Chapel, 800 S. Hebron Ave., Evansville. Visitation will continue from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 17, 2025 at the funeral home. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 a.m. with Alex Dayvolt officiating. Entombment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
