Stephen William Gloster

Stephen William Gloster, born on January 16, 1960, in Bronx County, New York, passed away peacefully on August 13, 2025, in Guilford County, North Carolina, at the age of 65.

Stephen attended Ragsdale Senior High School in Jamestown, graduating in 1978. Later, he pursued his passion for technology by attending Guilford Community College, where he honed his skills in the IT field. Stephen's professional journey included working in the IT sector, and later served as a clerk in the retail industry where he applied his knowledge and skills diligently.

He was an avid thrift shopper, always eager to find hidden treasures, and enjoyed spending time at flea markets. Stephen cherished the company of his nieces and nephews, taking great joy in their presence and activities.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Joseph Gloster and Elizabeth Henriksen Gloster, as well as his beloved partner, Frank Brown. He is survived by his brothers Matt Gloster and Andrew Gloster, sisters Maggie Stevenson and Tish Marsh, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will dearly miss him.

A memorial service to celebrate Stephen's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends can gather to remember and honor a gentle soul who touched their lives deeply
