Stephen E. Harbage

Stephen E. Harbage, age 79, of Medina, Ohio, passed away on June 17, 2023. He was born on July 8, 1943, in Plain City, Ohio. Stephen proudly served his country in the Marine Reserves. He worked as a rural carrier for the US Postal Service in Medina for 14 years before retiring.
Stephen grew up on a farm near Plain City, Ohio where he graduated from Jonathan Alder High School. He attended The Ohio State University before beginning work as a tool and die maker. He had been an avid coin collector and enjoyed many walks with his dog, Rascal. You could always count on him to have a book in his hand as he loved reading all types of books. He also enjoyed watching old westerns.
Stephen is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jane A. Harbage; son Braddee Harbage; daughter Mel Marie Holland; and step children Heidi (Doug) Sammons, Amy Sanchez, Brian Hood; brothers Monroe E. Harbage, Dusty G. O. Harbage, and Robin A. Harbage; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father Austin M. Harbage; mother Sara'len Martin Harbage; and his brother Allan R. Harbage.
