Stephen J. Harikal Jr.

Stephen "Steve" John Harikal, Jr. 95 of Glen Burnie passed away on August 11, 2025. Steve was born on November 1, 1929 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to the late Stephen J. Harikal, Sr. and Leona M. (nee Dowgiallo). He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Ann L. Harikal (nee Dougherty); his son, Stephen J. Harikal, III (Sharon); his stepson, Gary R. Welzenbach; his grandsons, Bradley and Daniel Scott; his niece, Patricia Dirk (Joel); and nephew, James Ryan. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Camilla L. Ryan and his three daughters, Dawn E. McKinley, Brenda K. Harikal, and Laura D. Benson (nee Welzenbach). The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Monday, August 18th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 8249 Jumpers Hole Rd., Millersville, MD 21108 on Tuesday, Aug. 19th at 11 am. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
