Stephen Edward Puopolo

S TEPHEN EDWARD PUOPOLO – Of Tewksbury, formerly of Woburn and Canton, died March 2nd at the age of 52, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Katherine J. (Carrigan) "Kate" Puopolo. Proud and devoted father of Eddie (13) and Margaret (10). Loving son of the late Edward V. and Rosemary C. "Carole" (Collins) Puopolo. Dear brother of Edward Puopolo of Halifax, Kimberly Larcom and her husband, Rodney, of Bridgewater, Roslynne Puopolo-Malonson and her husband, Roger, of Florida, Robert Puopolo and his wife, Merrill, of Wellesley, and Brian Puopolo of Bellingham. Cherished son-in-law of Elaine Carrigan of Woburn and nephew of Joan Collins and Theresa Woods. Dear uncle of Ashley, Dominic, Shelbi, Jonathan, Olivia, Sofia, John, Michael, and Patrick, as well as three great-nephews and a great-niece. He is also survived by his extended Carrigan family, longtime friends known as the "Top 7," as well as many other friends and cousins. Stephen's Funeral Mass will be held on SATURDAY, March 7th at 10 a.m. in St. Charles Church, 280 Main Street, Woburn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to calling hours in the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main Street, Woburn, on FRIDAY, March 6th from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute or to Mass Eye and Ear.
