Stephen E. Tobin, of Holbrook, formerly of Randolph, passed away on May 11, 2025, at the age of 63. Born on August 26, 1961, in Boston, Stephen's life was marked by his unwavering passion for his family, friends, and country.
As the son of the late William E. "Bill" and Florence M. "Flo" (Landrigan) Tobin, Stephen inherited a legacy of warmth and dedication. He was the brother of Patrick Tobin of Quincy and carried the memory of his late brother, Kenneth "Kenny" Tobin, in his heart. Stephen's life was further enriched by the love and support of his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, who will remember him for his generous spirit and amiable nature.
Growing up in Randolph, Stephen's early years were filled with the joys of a tight-knit community. He was a proud graduate of Randolph High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and laid the foundation for his future endeavors. Following his graduation, Stephen answered the call of duty and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. His service was a testament to his love for his nation and his commitment to the values he held dear.
After his military service, Stephen dedicated many years as a maintenance supervisor for a Realty Company. His hard work and attention to detail were not just evident in the tasks he performed but also in the relationships he built with his colleagues. Stephen's friendly demeanor and willingness to lend a hand made him a beloved figure among his peers.
Stephen's interests were simple yet profound. He found joy in the company of his family and friends, cherishing every moment spent with them. His passion for life was evident in his every action. He had the rare ability to make everyone around him feel valued and loved, a quality that endeared him to all who knew him.
Stephen's departure leaves a void in the lives of those he touched, but his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us. He will be deeply missed, yet fondly remembered for the light he brought into the world. His life was a beautiful and his memory will be cherished forever.
As we bid farewell to Stephen E. Tobin, we celebrate the remarkable man he was and the profound impact he made on those around him. His story is one of a life well-lived and love abundantly given. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was truly loved and that his legacy will endure in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Graveside Service on Wednesday, May 21st, at 11:00 AM in St. Mary Cemetery, 245 North St., Randolph, MA.
