He was born on January 8, 1953, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was a lifelong resident of Upper Southampton Township, where his impact will be felt for generations to come.
For close to fifty years, Stephen served as the President and CEO of the Bucks County School of Beauty Culture in Feasterville, where he dedicated his life to educating future professionals in the beauty industry. His commitment to education extended beyond his career; he was a proud graduate of William Tennent High School and earned his Bachelor of Science with distinction in Education Administration from Cambridge International University.

His leadership was also evident when he served on the Board of the Pennsylvania Private School Administrators and as a former President of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. A staunch Republican, he was an active member of the Upper Southampton Republican Club and handled numerous campaigns, reflecting his deep-rooted commitment to his community.
In addition to his professional and civic duties, Stephen was a passionate individual outside of work. He loved spending time fishing and enjoyed educating others about firearms at the gun range. These interests reflect a man who embraced life with vigor and enthusiasm.
