Stephvette Cole Obituary

Published by Legacy on Nov. 17, 2022.
Born and raised in Austin Texas to Lorine Cole and George Watkins, Sr., where she attended LBJ High School.
Stephvette was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, and friend. She loved to laugh and had a smile that would light up the entire room.
To say she was a giving person, wouldn't come close to the kind of person our mother was. She was a thoughtful caring person with a warm heart, wise beyond her time, and strong willed. A nurturer by nature, funny, courageous, and brave beautiful woman. She would give the shirt off her back and her last serving of food to anyone in need. Stephvette was a PHENOMENAL WOMAN whose love will never be matched.
Our mother loved her perfumes, she loved to smell good. Bath and Body Work's to be exact any of their scents. Now let's not forget about her candles, man that woman loved her candles. She took pride in her plants especially her ivory and bamboos. She also enjoyed doing her crossword puzzles, being on Facebook so she could put emojis on all her babies' pictures. She was always on the move shopping with her Grandkids, going to eat somewhere, or working. She was always first to talk about what she wanted to make for the holidays or a birthday. The dressing, yams, and peach cobbler you could smell it down the street.
Mama was a Godly woman who prayed for her family and friends. Staying positive and keeping a smile on her face even in her troubling times. Our mom was true Warrior, and Hero to many. She was our go-to person for everything you could imagine. Advise? Call Mama, relationships issues? Call Mama, need someone to go to lunch with? Call Mama. But we all know Mama loved Luby's, Golden Corral them liver and onions, and her Seafood.
Spending time with her Grandchildren was another thing she really enjoyed doing daily. She loved seeing them smile and hearing them laugh and play. Her grandkids adored her, she was the 1st person her granddaughters wanted on the weekends and after school. She was their number one fan and confidant. Her grandsons loved spending their time with her and eating all her candy and sweets while downloading games on her phone. They learned so much from each other especially with navigating Facebook and Tik Tok.
She loved her Children "Stevie's Starting 5"and accepted them for who they were and became. She was proud of us and spoke life into us all, she devoted her time to her children and loving them. She was the voice of reason for us all. She showed us each day that we are all we have and to love one another.
Stephvette leaves to cherish her memories, father, George and step-mother, Caroline; Brothers, Allen and George, Jr; Children, Darius, Monique, Erin, Brandon, and Destine; Daughters-in-law, Key Iola, Shaniqua, and Katrina; Grandchildren, Aarius, Desiree, Diamond, Dior, Malayah, Eri'Anah-Jade, Eryan, Erin, Zyaire, Chase and Denim; and a host of relatives and friends.
