Steve Dimas, 71, passed away on February 17, 2024, in Temple, Texas.
The visitation for Mr. Dimas will be held on Wednesday, March 6, at 2:00 pm at Heritage Funeral Home in Lampasas. Cremation will follow.
Survivors are his son, Julian Dimas III; his siblings, Patsy Dimas McIntosh and husband Earl, Ruben Dimas, Joann Dimas Cagle, Mary Dimas Martinez and husband Jesse, Emily Dimas Alvarez and husband Julio, Orlando Dimas and wife Jennifer and Jackie Dimas Line and husband Mark.
He was preceded in death by his parents Julian (Sr.) and Juanita Dimas; his siblings Julian Dimas Jr., Edward Dimas and Linda Dimas Reza.
Steve Dimas was a Loving Father, Son & Brother.
He was a great man loved by his community and the people and places he worked for.
He was a friend to the underdogs of the world.
He always believed in second chances.
A very hard working man and always believed in hard work.
Never asked for more then he needed.
Always believed in setting goals and living a good life with values that he passed on to other's.

As long as you try, you truly cannot fail in life!!
Be smart and wise and learn from others mistakes so you don't repeat them.
Live and learn, always walk with your head held high with no regrets!!
Steve will be dearly missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace.
