Steve Hulse Obituary
He was born on September 11, 1963, in Pine Bluff to the late Donald Hulse and Helen Garner Hulse.
Steve is survived by his wife, Linda Hulse; stepdaughter, Mandy Kilpatrick; grandson, Demetries Kilpatrick and wife, Kellie Kilpatrick; two great-grandchildren, Elijah Manees-Kilpatrick and Ellie Manees-Wilson; brother, Donnie Hulse and wife Mary; brother in law Troy Guthrey and wife Joyce; and aunt Shirley Brooks
In addition to his parents, Steve is preceded in death his sister, Stacy Broach; stepdaughter, Tabitha Kilpatrick and step granddaughter Aleigha Kilpatrick.
Before serving many years with the Jefferson County Road and Bridge Department, as Acting Road Director, he worked for O.B. Tullous and Mr. Parts. Steve will be remembered for his dedication, kindness, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
A Memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be 5:00 p.m.- 7:00 pm Friday September 19, 2025, in the chapel of Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services.

I went to school at White Hall with Steve. He has gone too soon and will be truly missed.
