Steve Bruce Jarratt

Steven Bruce Jarratt, of Tullahoma, passed this life on Monday, April 21, 2025, after a brief illness at the age of 70. Steve was born in Oak Ridge, TN to the late Aubrey Jarratt, Sr. and Virginia Sexton Jarratt. He is also preceded in death by his son Jason Jarratt, and brother, John Jarratt. He is survived by his wife Debbie Cleveland-Jarratt, son Joseph Jarratt; 2 love daughters, Shannon Cleveland Kirkpatrick (Randy) of Jasper and Holly Cleveland Wiggs (Daniel) of Estill Springs; three grandchildren, Makayla Kirkpatrick Condra (Casey), Weston Kirkpatrick and Scout Wiggs; and 2 great-grandchildren, Harper and Walker Condra. Steve attended Tullahoma South Jackson Elementary School, Sewanee Military Middle School and was a 1972 graduate of Tullahoma High School. He attended Motlow State Community College and graduated with a dual degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He was the CEO and President of Jarratt Investigations. Steve will always be remembered as a devoted and loyal fan of University of Tennessee sports, classic rock music and had a passion for classic and muscle cars. We'll always imagine hearing him say "Where you going?", "Honey", and when someone would say to him Be Good, his reply was "I Won't." He loved Black Friday shopping, HOT Krispy Kreme doughnuts, landscaping his lawn, Prime Rib on New Year, ordering from Facebook and infomercials, lighting his home for each holiday and spending time in the family's Sevierville cabin. We will miss him every day and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. A service celebrating Steve's life will be held on April 30, 2025 at 1:00 pm with visitation from 12 noon to 1pm. Tullahoma Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements with Rev. Wanda Spencer officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to Tullahoma High School Band would be greatly appreciated. The family has requested that you wear UT gear to the service if possible.
