Steven Bain, 70, passed away on June 16, 2025. He was born April 2, 1955 in Versailles, Kentucky son of Bessie Bain and the late Donald Bain. Steve was a native of Woodford County, a graduate from Woodford County High School, completed a tour of duty in Germany with the United States Army. He was a talented carpenter and retired from Sylvania.
He is survived by his mother Bessie Eaves Bain, sister, Sally (Phillip) Semones, nephew, Chris Semones (Lyndsay), niece, Ashley Semones (Kevin) Cummins, great nephews and nieces, Ayden and Avery Cummins, Mattie and Cora Semones. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by brother, Dewey Thomas Bain.
A Celebration will be held at 2:00 pm, Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 1895 Fox Creek Rd. Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
Friends and family are encouraged to leave messages of condolences and memories on Steven's tribute wall.
