Steven Karl Enroth, age 66 of Gulfport, passed away on Thursday, Feb 15, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.
Steve was born to E.A. and Freddie Enroth on September 7, 1957.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Debbie Enroth; his son, Jamilliah Meeks; his nephew, Joshua Xavier Cuellar; his grandson, Donavon Enroth; and his niece, Tahaira Gill Anderson.
Steve is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Nyla; his sons, Steven Jr. (Ashleigh), Derek (fiancé, Heather), and Josh (Naomi); his grandchildren, Giovanni, Abryn, Arabellah, Bronx, and Shepard; his brother, Don (Gail): along with many nieces and nephews who all loved and adored Uncle Steve.
He had many loves and interests, including drag racing, fishing, cooking (eating sweets), listening to music, watching westerns, and most importantly being with his friends and family.
To those that knew him, he was a kind man who knew how to do anything and would help out anyone who needed help. He was a father to all the neighborhood kids growing up and treated them like his own. Steve will forever be remembered for his kind heart and generosity. His grandchildren simply knew him as Pawy and he loved each and every one of them.
A memorial service will be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Rd., Long Beach.
