Steven Conrad Krietzer, 58, of Newburgh Indiana passed away on Thursday, June 13th, 2024. Steven was born on June 21, 1965, to loving parents Conrad Lee Krietzer and Ellen Gayle (Hutchinson) in Evansville, Indiana. He was a graduate of Castle High School and went on to enjoy a life-long career as a musician; he loved music, playing the drums and spending time with his family, especially his daughter Stella. Steven was also an excellent cook and an avid St Louis Cardinals fan. He will always be remembered as a caring person who loved life and was fun to be around.
Steven is survived by his devoted mother, Ellen Grimes; his sister, Tammy Krietzer (Jim) Brantley; and his beloved daughter, Stella Claire Krietzer.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Conrad Lee Krietzer.
A memorial service will be held at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery’s Heritage Chapel (2200 Mesker Park Dr., Evansville IN 47720) on Friday, July 19th at 11 a.m., with interment to follow. Friends and family are invited to Steven's Celebration of Life at the Copper House (1430 W Franklin St., Evansville IN 47710) in the Upstairs Suite immediately following the service, from 12:00 - 3:00 pm.
