Steven M. Langley

Steven "Steve" Langley, age 73, of Kingston, formerly of Plymouth passed away at home on October 16, 2023. Steve was the beloved husband of the late Mary "Patti" Langley. He was the father to Steven Langley of Whitman, Melissa Langley (formerly of Whitman), and her partner Ricardo Gonzalez of Quincy. He was the stepfather to Erin Murphy and her husband Michael of Weymouth, James Murphy and his wife Sara of Plymouth, and Kelli Desilets and her husband John of Bridgewater. Steve is also survived by his brothers Ron Langley and his husband David Lavoie of Nashua, NH, Richard Langley, formerly of Rockland, sister Cheryl Struzenski of Cranston, RI, and multiple grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Steve also left his faithful dog, Rascal. Steve was predeceased by his parents Francis "Frank" Langley and Barbara "Nani" (Horner) Langley.
Steve was in Boston on September 17, 1950. He was a 1968 graduate of Rockland High School. He was active in sports, particularly baseball for which he had a lifelong love. Steve worked for Stop & Shop and Market Basket. He enjoyed trips to Aruba, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
The family invites you to a period of visitation on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Cartmell-Davis Life Celebration Funeral Home, 373 Court Street, Plymouth. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
